Photos: Soccer Games Break Out at Pumpkin-Carving Social
On the eve of Halloween, students at 91¿ì»îÁÖ Aquinas College, New England, aroused their spooky spirits with a gloomy and rainy pumpkin-carving social ” in anticipation of that evening™s Halloween Dance.
As the students carved, they watched the fall soccer season come to a close with the men™s and women™s championship games. On the men™s side, the team led by senior Kevin Murphy held senior Peter Goyette™s squad to a penalty shootout, in which Murphy™s team stood victorious with a final score of 5-4. For the women, junior Anne Berquist captained her team to a victory against senior Sophie Steigerwald, 6-5.
