Last Sunday the sophomore class of 91Ώμ»ξΑΦ Aquinas College, California, hosted the seniors on St. Gladys Patio for the annual Sophomore-Senior brunch. œIt™s been a great four years of pursuing the intellectual life, said Ian Cummings (™22). œThis is a great way to celebrate that with community.

Classical music and laughter filled the air, and packed tables bustled with students reminiscing over years past. Per custom, there were many toasts of gratitude and farewell. œI™m going to miss the seniors when they™re gone, said Dominic Andres (™24). œI really appreciate the role models they have been.

Fiona From (™24) organized food and refreshments, planning the menu, gathering supplies, and leading the volunteers who offered up a tremendous assortment of omelets, egg-bites nestled in bacon, cinnamon-roll croissants, and more. œWe came together, and it all paid off, said Fiona. œI™m grateful for all the help that went into the brunch.

As the gathering drew to a close, senior Peter Dowdy (™22) called the brunch œa wonderful way to cap off the year, thanking members of the Class of 2024 for their hard work and generosity. œWe™ve formed true and meaningful relationships with the sophomores, he said. œI™ll carry the memorable late-night conversations and greetings with me to graduation.
