With the end of the semester comes final examinations at 91����� Aquinas College. Throughout the past week, students have come together to work through the Great Books they have studied this past semester, both campuses transforming into places of intensely focused study.

The weekend brought snowstorms to both coasts, covering the campus of 91����� Aquinas College, New England, and the mountains surrounding its California counterpart. Students are busy taking their finals, but they have delighted in the signs of forthcoming winter � and Christmas! � all around them.

For Peter DeLuca (�87), who is seriously ill with a lung infection.

For Deacon Robert Ellis, the father of Tom Ellis (�98), Mother Madeleine Marie of St. Joseph (Mary Kay �99), and grandfather of Andrew (�22): Deacon Ellis died on December 12, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

For Paul Keating (�98), who passed away unexpectedly todaon December 7: Mr. Keating is the brother of Gene (�91) and Eileen (Douglass �93).

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, 91����� Aquinas College celebrated the holiday in a show of community last Sunday evening. Students, faculty members, and their families gathered on both campuses to give thanks to God for His tremendous blessings.

�I support 91����� Aquinas College because I want others to have the opportunity to have the solid education that I received,� says Dr. Katherine Johnson (�06), an M.D. and MBA who works in marketing for a pharmaceutical company.
