On Friday, December 6, New England Chaplain Rev. Greg Markey and the 91����� Aquinas College Choir, directed by Stephen Grimm (�75), led a service of �Advent Lessons & Carols� in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel. Students, faculty, faculty families, and friends from throughout the region came to the Northfield, Massachusetts, campus for the first of what promises to be an annual event.

Part of the Advent liturgical season dating back to the late 19th century, this traditional service used scriptural lessons and choral accompaniment to reflect on Our Lady, the coming of Christ, and the Incarnation. The �Lessons and Carols� involved both congregational hymns and choral motets prepared by the College Choir, and the service culminated in Eucharistic adoration.
