In assembling its annual list of , Forbes magazine distinguishes itself from other guides �by our belief in �output� over �input,�� editor Caroline Howard. �We�re not all that interested in what gets a student into college, like our peers who focus heavily on selectivity metrics such as high school class rank, SAT scores and the like. Our sights are set directly on ROI: What are students getting out of college?�

Thus the guide focuses on five key criteria: student satisfaction, post-graduate success, student debt, graduation rates, and academic success. Using these measures, Forbes has once again to its selective list of �America�s Top Colleges.�

Only about 15 percent of American colleges and universities, some 650 in all, are included on the Forbes list, and among those, 91����� Aquinas College ranks within the top half at No. 281. The business magazine also lists the College as No. 201 among private institutions and No. 51 in the West.

�Coming after our recent, highly favorable ratings from the Princeton Review, U.S. News, USA Today, and the National Catholic Register, Forbes ranking is encouraging,� says Director of Admissions Jon Daly. �The magazine�s favorable assessment of the �ROI� is more evidence that Catholic liberal education succeeds by any measure.�
