To celebrate the feast day of their patron, the women of St. ThΓ©rΓ¨se Hall welcomed Suzie Andres (™87), alumna author of several books about Catholicism, Jane Austen ” and . In her talk, œThe Dumb Ox, the Little Flower, and the Rest of Us, Mrs. Andres discussed how students can live the Little Way at 91Ώμ»ξΑΦ Aquinas College.

Speaking to the women at their annual name-day fΓͺte, Mrs. Andres described her own relationship with the Little Flower. œDo not be afraid of God. He loves you so much, she said. œI wish I could share with you how much He loves you. He adores you! When ThΓ©rΓ¨se talks about His mercy, she says ˜His justice, I love even more than His mercy, because He knows how pitiful we are, and made of dust.™

Given that the women are students at the College, which is dedicated to St. ThΓ©rΓ¨se™s fellow Doctor of the Church, St. 91Ώμ»ξΑΦ Aquinas, Mrs. Andres™ address also included reflections on how these two saints ” seemingly so different upon first glance ” work together to lead the faithful to sanctity.

œMrs. Andres is incredible, said Anna Rivera (™24) afterward. œShe has such a clear love for the saints!
